PicBase provides AI generative art services, enabling users to download pre-created artwork by other users and generate new art content based on custom prompts.

1.3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming legally binding contracts. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

1.4. Browser Requirements

Access to the Website requires a compatible web browser. You acknowledge that PicBase may stop supporting certain browsers, requiring you to update your browser to continue using the services.

Payments and Charges

2.1. Accepted Payment Methods

PicBase accepts payments via Visa and MasterCard. By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment method.

2.2. Account Balance

Users can top up their account balance on the Website. This balance can be used for purchasing pre-generated art content or generating new artwork from prompts.

2.3. Authorization

You authorize PicBase to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including any applicable fees.

Refund Policy

3.1. Refund Requests

Refund or cancellation requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the content, provided that the licensed content has not been used. Requests can be made in writing or through the cancellation feature on the Website.

3.2. Non-Refundable Fees

Refunds are not available for requests made after 30 days from the receipt of content, nor for research, lab, service, or subscription fees, which are non-refundable.

3.3. Cancellation Effects

Upon cancellation, your rights to use the content terminate, and you must delete or destroy any copies of the content. PicBase will issue a full refund to your account or credit card for eligible requests.

Service Usage

4.1. Generated Content

By using our service to generate content, you grant PicBase a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content to provide and promote the service.

4.2. Prohibited Actions

Users must not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities, including but not limited to:

  • Using automated systems or bots to interact with the Website.
  • Attempting to hack or interfere with the Website’s security.
  • Deceptive practices or impersonating other users.
  • Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities on the Website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

5.1. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Estonia.

5.2. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of the Website shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of the Estonia. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
